Tukino SkiField Lift Passes
Tukino Skifield has 3 "Nutcracker" tow rope lifts in operation.
Nutcracker Belts are supplied free as part of your Lift Pass for the Tukino Skifield.
You must have a valid Lift Pass, or Season Pass to use the Tukino Skifield lifts.
NOTE: Tukino is operating on a volunteer based model from 2025 season onwards. Please cooperate with any instructions given by our volunteers. Remember they want to ski or board just as much as you do.
Day Lift Passes
Day lift passes can be purchased on the day from our Ticket Office at Tukino or here in our online shop.
Tukino 2026 Day Lift Pass Prices
*** Tukino intends to keep 2025 day pass prices unchanged for 2026; however, given the steep rise diesel prices in recent months we might be forced to increase our day ticket prices to cover key input costs.

A Member is classed as a Member of either the Aorangi Ski Club, Desert Alpine Club or the Tukino Alpine Sports Club (including NZAC members).

A Student is over 18 years and a full time NZ student who has a valid NZ Student ID.
A Youth is classed as 10-17 years.
Children under 10 years - Free in the company of a pass holder adult (maximum of 2 children per adult)
Family pass is for 2 adults and 2 youth
Stratford Mountain Club (SMC) Members can ski at Tukino for discounted rates. This discount is available on the sale of single day Lift Passes.
In return Tukino Season Pass holders receive Members rates in Taranaki (Maunganui Skifield).

*Free Passes for under 10’s. Tukino is a family oriented skifield and this year we would like to offer free skiing for children in the company of a pass holder adult (maximum 2 children per adult).
How to Purchase Season Passes
Season Passes can be purchased by visiting our online Tukino Shop.
Tukino will be operating on a volunteer based model for 2025 season, we can not guarantee being open on any particular day but will endeavor to open as frequently as possible.
Please note that Season Passes will only be available between the dates advertised.
Your Season Passes will be available for collection at the Tukino Skifield Ticket Office when the skifield opens for the 2026 ski season.

Conditions
